Staff was requested to prepare some basic infonnation about TIF and project
feasibility for public and decision makers. Staff was also requested to involve
interested stakeholders in this discussion.

Ix. COMMENTS FROM AUDIENCE:
Mike Jacobson, 215 West 5 Street, replied to some of the questions raised during the
Type 11 home occupation issue earlier in the meeting. There were a few other comments
on the issue.

XII. REPORTS FROM CITY COMMITTEES, OFFICERS, COUNCILMEMBERS:
• Celebrate Youth Week is this week, with a variety of events planned, including a
walk-through at the High School at 7:10 a.m. on May 20, 2010
• DCC Board of Directors will meet on May 20, 2010 to discuss the hiring of anew
executive director
