Resolution 05 -24 -10 —Order Public Hearing 42010 -20: TIF District No. 5 (15 & Vermillion Streets) Staff was requested to prepare some basic infonnation about TIF and project feasibility for public and decision makers. COMMENTS FROM AUDIENCE: Mike Jacobson, 215 West 5 Street, replied to some of the questions raised during the Type 11 home occupation issue earlier in the meeting. REPORTS FROM CITY COMMITTEES, OFFICERS, COUNCILMEMBERS: • Celebrate Youth Week is this week, with a variety of events planned, including a walk-through at the High School at 7:10 a.m. on May 20, 2010 • DCC Board of Directors will meet on May 20, 2010 to discuss the hiring of anew executive director XIII.
