RE: Resolution–Application for Fireworks License for Pinnacle Fireworks
at Clancy’s, 1399 South Frontage Road, Hastings, MN
Council Action Requested:
Adopt the attached resolution that approves the application for a Fireworks License
to sell fireworks at Clancy’s Main Street, 1399 South Frontage Road, Hastings, MN.
Background:
Pinnacle Fireworks has made application for a Fireworks Licenses to sell fireworks at the
aforementioned location in Hastings. The applicant has paid the required fees and have
been made aware of our City Ordinance requirements established by the City Council.
Before issuance of any license an inspection by the Fire Marshal will be completed at
each location.

RESOLUTION APPROVING A FIREWORKS LICENSE
FOR PINNACLE FIREWORKS WITHIN THE CITY OF HASTINGS
WHEREAS,
Pinnacle Fireworks has applied for a fireworks license for the
storage and sale of fireworks at Clancy’s Main Street, 1399 South Frontage Road within
the City of Hastings; and
WHEREAS,
The City Council of the City of Hastings has established a licensing
process; and
WHEREAS,
the appropriate licensing fees have been paid and the application
paperwork has been reviewed by the Hastings Fire Marshal.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
, by the City Council of the City of
Hastings, that Pinnacle Fireworks is hereby authorized to store and sell fireworks in
compliance with local and state regulations for the period of June 8 – December 31, 2010
at Clancy’s Main Street, 1399 South Frontage Road, Hastings, MN.

MINNESOTA THIS 7th DAY OF JUNE, 2010.
