RE: Resolution–Application for Fireworks License for TNT Fireworks at
Target Store #1245, 875 General Sieben Drive
Council Action Requested:
Adopt the attached resolution that approves the application for a Fireworks License
to sell fireworks inside the Target Store #1245, 875 General Sieben Drive, Hastings.
Background:
TNT Fireworks has made application for a Fireworks Licenses to sell fireworks at the
aforementioned location in Hastings. The applicant has paid the required fees and have
been made aware of our City Ordinance requirements established by the City Council.
Before issuance of any license an inspection by the Fire Marshal will be completed.

RESOLUTION APPROVING A FIREWORKS LICENSE
FOR TNT FIREWORKS FOR THE SALE OF FIREWORKS AT
TARGET STORE #1245 WITHIN THE CITY OF HASTINGS
WHEREAS,
TNT Fireworks has applied for a fireworks license for the storage
and sale of fireworks at Target Store #1245, 975 General Sieben Drive within the City of
Hastings; and
WHEREAS,
The City Council of the City of Hastings has established a licensing
process; and
WHEREAS,
the appropriate licensing fees have been paid and the application
paperwork has been reviewed by the Hastings Fire Marshal.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
, by the City Council of the City of
Hastings, that TNT Fireworks is hereby authorized to store and sell fireworks in
compliance with local and state regulations for the period of June 9 – December 31, 2010
at Target Store #1245, 875 General Sieben Drive, Hastings, MN.
