Re: Approval of Tree Trimming Licenses for Rivertown Tree Service
And Williams Tree Service
Recommended City Council Action:
Approve the attached tree trimming license resolutions.
Background:
Council is requested to approve a tree trimming license for Rivertown Tree Service,
19998 Kirby Avenue, Hastings, MN. 55033 and Williams Tree Service, 1807 Market
Boulevard PMB 107, Hastings, MN 55033. All appropriate paperwork has been
completed, all fees have been paid and background investigations completed. These
licenses will be effective through December 31, 2010.

RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF HASTINGS
APPROVING A TREE TRIMMING LICENSE
WHEREAS
, David Bauer of Rivertown Tree Service LLC, 19998 Kirby Avenue, Hastings,
MN 55033 has applied for a tree trimming license.
WHEREAS
, all paperwork has been completed, fees have been paid and a background check
completed.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF HASTINGS AS FOLLOWS;
That the Mayor and the City Clerk be authorized to sign a tree trimming license authorizing
the above applicant to operate as a licensed tree trimming service starting April 6, 2010 to December
31, 2010, unless revoked by the City Council.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HASTINGS, MINNESOTA, THIS 5th DAY OF
APRIL, 2010.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF HASTINGS AS FOLLOWS;
