A meeting of the Charter Commission is scheduled for Thursday April 17, 1997 at 7:00 PM
at the Hastings City Ha11. A copy of the minutes from the last meeting conducted on January
23, 1997 are attached, and will require approval at the meeting, Staff will present an agenda
at the meting on April 17, 1997. Please contact me if you will be unable to attend.
