The Feasibility Study will be handed out at the March 15 Council meeting. rdth Neighborhood open house meetings were held on February 23 and February 25 to receive comments from the affected property owners. A memo describing the project in detail and including comments on the project received at the open house meetings will be included in the th Council packet for the April 5 meeting. CITY OF HASTINGS Dakota County, Minnesota Resolution No. _________ RRFRCH ESOLUTION ECEIVING EASIBILITY EPORT AND ALLINGEARING 2010II FORNFRASTRUCTURE MPROVEMENTS WHEREAS , pursuant to resolution 10-16-09 of the City Council dated October 19, 2009, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the following project: th 2010-12010II – Pleasant Drive from just south of 15 NFRASTRUCTURE MPROVEMENTS th Street to Highway 55; Westview Drive from 15 Street to Pleasant Drive; North Frontage Road from a point approximately 670 feet east of Westview Drive to its th eastern intersection with Highway 55; Lyn Way between 15 Street and South th Frontage Road. Improvements on 15 Street West from Pleasant Drive to Wyndham Hill Drive are also included in the report as currently considered an alternate project. and said report was received by the City Council of Hastings, Minnesota. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HASTINGS AS FOLLOWS; that The City Council will consider the improvements in accordance with the report and 1. assess the abutting property, and assess benefits for all or a portion of the cost of the improvements pursuant to Chapter 429 of the Minnesota Statutes at a currently estimated th cost of the improvements, excluding work on 15 Street W, of $2,814,977.00. 2. A public hearing will be held on such improvements at 7:00 PM, Monday, April 5, 2010 at City Hall at 101 E. 4th Street, and the City Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law.
