As you will see in this memo and after Darbie discussions with me, we-developed two vptians for the potential opening of the HFAC for this summer. Both options have their pros and con's. After discussions with the NRRG and Parks and Recreation Committee of Council, it is there recommendation to proceed with option B and open on June 12, 2010. I welcome any comments. Thank you?
