of !'red Latiuc be denied.Garage should comply With City Ordinance.

Motion by John ~ second by Mrs Truax that the petition of Charles
Black to enlarge his processing plant at 1004 West 3rd be referred
back tothe City Counoil,under seotion 8. Ayes All

chairman of the Zoning Board for the COJnIbng year.Ayes All
