The Zoning Board me~ on Sep~ember 8, 1953 and vo~ed
to recommend ~o ~he Ci~y Council ~he following provisions:
Tha~ Robert F. and Berrice Balitz, Block 2, Lot 18.
Tripps Addition be-e.llowed to construct garage and breeze-y
4 ft. from abutting property, instead of the customary 10%
The.t Sylves~er Taube be permitted to construct a ga-
rage le.s than 60 ft. from his property line. West 7th ~t.
That Alfred McCue, Ashland ~t. be permitted to con,truct
a garage le.s than 60 ft. from his property line (f'ront)but
not less than 25 ft or less than a distance which shall be
be the average of the setback of' the adjoining dwellings or
garages.

The Zoning Board me;¡ on Dec. 7, 1953 and voted to
recommend tb the Cuty CoiJúchl the fol owing recommendutions:
1 That LaVerne Kelly may be issued a permit providing
he obtains 25 ft of additional property from the C.M.&St.P R.R.
or a 'ease from R.R. for 20 years or more. (Lot 19-20) Bl. 2 B
2.. In the case of an individual wanting to convert his
one family dwe ling into a two-family dwe' 'ing , the zoning board
recommends that starting Jan. 195. and continuing until Jan. 1959
that permission be given, renewab'e each year, providing all fire
regulations are met. situation

'a restricted area must be reviewed.
