Benjamin, Marner, Truax, Nordstrom and Members absent: None Moved by Van Campen, seconded by Nordstrom that the north 140 ft. of Lot 4, Auditor's Subdivision # 9, which is now not zoned, be zoned to R 1 Residential from Ramsey Street east to the railroad track. Ayes,all; nays, none. Moved by Mamer, seconded by Truax that the following described property be rezoned from C 2 Commercial to' 2 Residential. Lots 1 and 2, Block 10, Young's Addition. All of Lot 8 except the west 184 ft. of Auditor's Subdivision No. 10. Ayes, all; nays, none. Moved by Van Campen, seconded by Nordstrom that Block ~7 and Lots I, 2 and 3 of Block 26, Town of Hastings Addition be rezoned from it 2 Residential to C 2 Commercial providing the owner of Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 26 use those lots for a funeral home and residence and providing that adequate off street parking be provided for use of the funeral home.
