Moved by Nordstrom, seconded by Marner that the Rother Meat Processing Plant, 1004 West 3rd be permitted to enlarge his building which is a cœmnercial building in an residential zone, making it a non-conforming structure. The petition ofMt. .Horsch to move a trailer was tabled until the next meeting which will be held June 16, 1960 at 7:30 P.M. in the City Clerk's office. A. J. Gergen SecretRry Hastings, Minn. Moved by Van6ampen, seconded by Truax that Robert Horsh be allowed to place a trailer on Lots 3 to 9, Block 6, Vermillion Addition Uhthkheproprerty is zoned commercial which it is. Ayes, all; nays, none. VanCampen moved that the Rother Packing Plant petition be reopened for further disuussion. Some aspects of this they wished clarified by the City Attorney. Mr. Vern Klossner of the State Meat Inspection explained why these improvements were important. Moved by Benjamin, seconded by Nordstrom that the meeting be adjourned.
