The Zoning Board of the City of Hastings, Minnesota
met on Monday, January 21, 1963 at 7:00 P.M. in the Council
Chamber of the City Hall.
Members present: Truax, No,, strom and Mamer
Members absent:
Reichling, Benjamin
Moved by Truax, seconded by Nordstrom that Building
Permit #175 to Nicholas Freiermuth to build a single dwelling
on Lot 1, Block 14, Hancock Thomas Addition to the City of
Hastings be denied until he meets the required set-back of
the Zoning Ordinance dated August 6,1956. AyŒ, all; Nays, none.
Moved by Truax, seconded by Nordstrom

met on Monday, February 4, 1963 at 7:00 P.M. in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall.
Members present: Truax, Nordstrom, Mamer, Reichling and
Benjamin
Members absent: None.
Moved by Truax, seconded by Mamer to approve the off-
street parking for John Zeien's 3-p1ex on Lots 22,23 & 24,
Block 4, Residence Park Addition. Aye~, all; Nays, none.
Moved by Reichling, seconded by Nordstrom to approve
the off-street parking for Mike ChristIe's apartment house
on Lot 3, Block 3, Tripp's Addition. Ayes, all; Nays, none.
Moved by Reichling, seconded by Benjamin to recommend
to the Council an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance deleting
the words "gasoline Service Station" in C-2 Commercial
Districts in Section 6. Ayes,all; Nays, none,
Moved by Mamer, seconded by Truax that the meeting
be adjourned, Ayes, all; Nays, none.
