MONDAY, DECEMBER 13, 1982
6' 30 P.M.
Committee Members Present: Councilman Pike, Trautmann, and Klimek,
and Allan & Darlene Cowden, Todd Manske,
Don Regan, and Pat Regan.
Chairman Pike opened the meeting at 6:30 P.M. and summarized the
issue. Council Tratumann asked the Regan's if they would consider
a land swap with land in the Industrial Park. Mr. Don Regan in-
dicated that they would be interested in the swap or sale on equit-
able terms. The entire Committee went on to discuss potential
amounts of land involved, access questions for the property on Pine
Street, what neighbors would be happy with as far as alternative
land uses, and costs of land. Mr. Manske suggested that the City
should give land in the Industrial Park and buy their current site
for park use.
Chairman Pike requested Mr. Manske to survey the neighbors about
whether they would object to duplexes or 4-plexes in the area, and
suggested that a price for the Regan property would have to be arrived
