Approve Minutes of the Special Workshop and Regular Meeting on June 15, 2009 and
the Special City Council meeting on June 29, 2009

Hinzman clarified that Donald Slaten is recommended to be appointed to the Planning
Commission
Alongi, Slavik to amend Consent Agenda Item #13 as recommended
VI. CONSENT AGENDA
The items on the Consent Agenda are to be acted upon by the City Council in a single motion. There will be
no discussion on these items unless a Councilmember or citizen so requests, in which event the items will be
removed from the Consent Agenda to the appropriate Department for discussion.

Mesko Lee provided background information on the proposed change. Public Hearing
opened at 7:09; hearing no comments, public hearing closed at 7:09 p.m.
