CROSSROADS CENTER EAST - 225 West 33ro Street
REQUEST
The City Council is asked to order a public hearing to vacate a portion of various drainage
and utility easements platted as part of Crossroads Center East. The easements will no
longer be necessary with the recording of Crossroads Center East.
The public hearing would be held at the March 5, 2007, City Council meeting.
REVIEW
The proposed area does not contain any roadway or city infrastructure. There does not
appear to be a further public need for the easement.
