CITY OF HASTINGS
DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING ACCEPTANCE OF AND APPRECIATION OF
A DONATION TO THE HASTINGS POLICE RESERVE UNIT
WHEREAS, Region 3AA has presented to the Hastings Police Reserve
Unit a donation of $ 400.00 to the HPD Reserve Unit for high football play-off
security provided by the HPD Reserve Unit and have designated that this
donation be used for the Hastings Police Department Reserve Unit.
WHEREAS, the City Council is appreciative of the donation and
commends Region 3AA for their civic efforts,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Hastings, Minnesota;
1. That the donation is accepted and acknowledged with gratitude; and
2. That the donation will be appropriated for the Hastings Police Reserve
Unit
3. That the 2007 Hastings Police Reserve Unit budget be adjusted
accordingly.
