Ayes: Nays: Absent: Paul J. Hicks, Mayor Melanie Mesko Lee, City Clerk (SEAL) CITY OF HASTINGS DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. OS- -07 RESOLUTION APPROVING A TOBACCO LICENSE WHEREAS, TXYL. Inc. d/b/a The Bottle Shop has presented application to the City of Hastings for a tobacco license; and WHEREAS, staff has received all necessary paperwork and a background check has been conducted by the Hastings Police Department; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hastings that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to sign this resolution approving the issuance of a tobacco license to TXYL, Inc., d/b/a The Bottle Shop for the period of May 21 to December 31, 2007.
