As indicated on the memo, Jim originally received three bids, but was not to our specifications. Jim resent out a more detailed itemized listing of our specification of the project. One bidder returned a bid of 532,650 (Swanson Plumbing & Heating). This bid price is over our estimate of $30,000 far this I)tOJeCt. We are seeking authorization from City Council to accept the bid price from Swanson. A113 came back but were not to the specs that we talked about. Swanson P8d-! $16,200, New Meth $26,475, Harris company $33,268. Non had the cosy-vac system in there bid. Than t had Kevin from Enet~y sale do a diagnarn of what the arena is looking for and sent it out for another request for bid.
