Stark, Finance Director RE: Budget Adjustments and transfers DATE: February 27, 2008 The furniture for the City hall lobby and conference room was priced out at about $23,680. Administration is requesting the budget adjustment and transfer from the wastewater SAC account to cover this expense. This was part of the city hall lobby remodel and funds have previously been transferred from the wastewater SAC account for the other lobby costs. The Le Duc Mansion has two non-operating trust funds as part of the trust and will of the Simmons estate. Periodically during the year the excess earnings in these two funds are transferred to the operating fund to fund ongoing programs and maintenance of the site. Request to transfer $5,415 from the C. Simmons Trust fund and $37,889.63 from the C. Simmons Residuary Trust fund. In 2007 the Fire department requested to transfer and adjust the budget for the ambulance equipment by 75,000. In the rollovers for this year I had forgotten this request. I submit to you an additional rollover request and transfer of ERF funds of 75,000.00. Council Action Requested: Approve the above budget adjustments and transfers.
