Remove existing sprinkler head above-copper cabinet and cap off pipe above ceiling. Provide the Owner Credit for carpet and paint scheduled in Existing Stairs 103. Provide laminate finish edge between transition counter and art glass. Contractor s cost quote dated January 2, 2008. Deduct ($1,088.00) 2. As pef Revised Proposal Request No. 2 dated January 14, 2008_ Based on field verification after detriohtion to clear existing sprinkler piping, modify the design of the two gypsum board soffits in existing Lobby I01 and existing Watling Area 104. Relocate tEie smaller of the two (existing) ducts between . column and wall. Detail I A/5 shall be omitted and replaced with a revised light cove detail. Cove lights shall be omitted and replaced with LED rope and the lighting shall be revised with one additional downlight provided. Per Contractor Cost Quotes dated 1/15/08 and 1/2808 Add $5,305.00 3. " Basedon Contractor Proposal Request No. 1, Item No. 2, dated December 4, 2007, u(grade the hinge hardware aCthe reception counter half door. Add $573.00 4. Based on Contractor Proposal Request No. 4 dated December 27, 2007 and field verification afer demolition, patch and finish existing walls to achieve a higher ceiling in the Lobby. Add $3,450.00 5. Based on Conu actor Proposal Request No. 5 dated January 2, 2008, re-pipe and re-feed electrical circuits that aze to remain which were previously fed through existing lights. Add $1,992.00 6. Based on Contractor Proposal Request No. 6 dated January 7, 2008 and in an effort to minimize disruption to City HaII operations; complete taping/sanding of drywall after business hours and on weekends. Add $ 1,173.00 7. Based on Contractor Proposal Request No. 7 dated January 15, 2008, deduct material. and Iabor to install carpet base in Room 105.Existing base to remain.
