Re: Sewer Service Repair Assessment Request - 401 W 7`~ Street
Enclosed for Council approval is a request from Suzanne Ursino of 401 W 7`'' Street for
the City to pay the cost to repair her sanitary sewer service line and assess this cost back
to her property. With similar requests for utility service repair, the City Attorney has
prepared an agreement and waiver of assessment appeal for property owners to sign,
spelling out the conditions and terms of the assessment and protecting the City from an
assessment appeal_
COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED
Council is requested to approve Ms. Ursino's request for the City to fund the sewer
service repair and assess this cost back to their property under the condition that Ms.
Ursino first enter into an assessment agreement with the City.
