Hydropower Trash Rack Grabber . One~Way Directional Snow Plow The trash rack grabber was the original tined clam~shell style grabber that proved to be too lightweight to grab the trees and tree limbs that get caught by the Hydro Plant's trash rack, and was replaced by a heavy duty grabber soon after installation of the trash rack cleaner about 10 years ago. The light weight grabber was kept as a spare, but has never been used after the initial installation, and another hydro operation has expressed an interest in purchasing it. The one-way directional snow plow is about 10 to 12 years old and is no longer used. - em' oF 1l.ASTJN6S CITY OF HASTINGS DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA Resolution No. RESOLUTION DECLARING PuBLIC WORKS EQUIPMENT EXCESS AND AUTHORIZING SALE OR DISPOSAL WHEREAS, the following Hastings Public Works equipment is surplus; .
