Approve the resolution approving a commercial haulers license for Mac's Roll-Off
Service, Inc., Post Office Box 20695, Bloomington, MN 55420. if approved, the new
license will be effective July 7, 2008 through December 31, 2009.

The licensee has paid the required licensee fee.

RESOLUTION 07- -08
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HASTINGS
APPROVING A COMMERCIAL WASTE HAULERS LICENSE
FOR MAC'S ROLL OFF SERVICE, INC.
WHEREAS, businesses must apply for and be approved to provide commercial
waste hauler licenses within the City of Hastings; and
WHEREAS, Mac's Roll Off Service, Inc., P. O. Box 20695, Bloomington, MN
55420 has applied for a license; and
WHEREAS, if approved their license will run from July 7, 2008 to December 31,
2009.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF HASTINGS AS FOLLOWS;
That the Mayor and the City Clerk be authorized to sign a license authorizing
Mac's Roll Off to operate as a licensed commercial hauler for the period of July 7,
2008-December 31, 2009, unless revoked by the City Council.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HASTINGS, MINNESOTA, THIS 7~" DAY OF
JULY, 2008.
