BACKGROUND City Staff was recently contacted by Staff of the DCHS who work at the LeDuc Mansion regarding a variety of items in storage at the site that no longer have any value. Many of the items listed are in disrepair and are beyond the opportunity to fix. Some of the items may have certain scrap value, and some be sold as part of the LeDuc Country market. Sale of the items would allow for removal from the old shed, and thus free up some space for more valuable items in need of storage during inclement weather. The items included in the Reso~tion were provided by-Heidi Langenfeld who works at the LeDuc Mansion. David M. Osberg City Administrator cc.
