CITY OF HASTINGS
DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING ACCEPTANCE OF AND APPRECIATION OF
A DONATION TO THE HASTINGS POLICE K-9 PROGRAM
WHEREAS, Hastings Chamber of Commerce Rivertown Days, has
presented to the Hastings Department a donation of 800.00 dollars to the
Hastings Police Department and have designated that this donation be used for
the Hastings Police Department K-9 program budget fund
WHEREAS, the City Council is appreciative of the donation and
commends Hastings Chamber of Commerce Rivertown Days for their donation,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Hastings, Minnesota;
1. That the donation is accepted and acknowledged with gratitude; and
2. That the donation will be appropriated for the Hastings Police
Department K-9 program budget fund.
3. That the Hastings Police Department K-9 program budget fund be
adjusted accordingly.
