Staff recommends approval of the liquor and tobacco license, with the conditions that all required papen~~ork, fees, background investigation, and other items required by City and State Code-for issuance of a liquor and tobacco license be successfully completed prior to issuance of the license. '. ~i..,1 a. ~:~~.~.li.~:"., ;"S?=" * ~t r CITY OF HASTINGS DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 11- -08 RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR THE TRANSFER OF AN OFF-SALE LIQUOR LICENSE AND TOBACCO LICENSE FOR MGM LIQUOR WAREHOUSE WHEREAS, Scott Zeise, has presented application to the City of Hastings for the transfer of an Off-Sale Liquor and Tobacco License at MGM Liquor Warehouse, 1250 South Frontage Road, and WHEREAS, staff has received the necessary paperwork, and all local and state requirements have been met NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hastings that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to sign this resolution approving the issuance of an Off-Sale Liquor and Tobacco License for MGM Liquor Warehouse.
