Background Information In 2007, the City Council approved an incremental fare increase for the TRAC fares. During preparation of the 2009 budget, the, Finance Committee of the Council supported an accelerated schedule of the fare increase for 20:09 from $1.701ride to $1.~51ride. 2009 TRAC fares are. projected to provide $61,250 ~n annual revenue for the TRAC program, of which annual operating expenses afire projected at almost $390,000 for 2009.
