The back of the building bears no resemblance To its o~Iglnal appearance. Windows have been blocked and the brick is covered with stucco. The architectural significance of this building is the design of its front facade. 2. Is the alteration compatible with the color, material end character of the property, nelghbo~hood, or environment? ~he building backs in this block are mostly cement block.
