Council Action Requested:
The City Council is asked to approve the following reappointment to the Hastings
Economic Development and Redevelopment (HEDRA):
Bruce Goblirsch – Full Appointment - 1/1/26 to 12/31/31
Bruce was first appointed on 12/16/19. This would be his 2nd term.
Members may serve two consecutive 6-year terms or 12 years whichever comes first. Commissioners
who are members of the City Council may serve up to 12 consecutive years with Commission terms
coinciding with their terms of office as a Councilmember. Bruce has provided excellent service to the
City and staff supports reappointment.
