Dear Mr. Stempski:
Please find enclosed Construction Pay Voucher No. 1 for the above referenced project in the amount of $528,903.00. The quantities completed to date have been reviewed and agreed upon
by the contractor, and we hereby recommend that the City of Hastings approve Construction Pay Voucher No. 1 for A-1 Excavating LLC.
The amount indicated above reflects work certified through October 3, 2025,with a 5% retainage
applied. Please include one executed copy with the payment to A-1 Excavating LLC and return one executed copy to our office for our file. If you have any questions or comments regarding this
