Report on LeDuc Project. Dave Warg. has researched some Simmons material. The
house and furnishings belong the Society free and clear. The Simmons trust has been
reformed so that if there is no need to support the LeDuc house the funds go to the
Society. State bond funds spent on restoration of the house would have to be repaid if the
property was sold or did not have a public use. Rachel Tooker will be meeting with the
LeDuc Advisory Committee. The City's Park and Rec Committee of the Council will be
meeting with Wayne Gannaway and Dave Warg soon.
