approximately 300 units of residential
south of Hwy. 55
IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY
• Sanitary sewer upgrade is needed along with
extension of trunk sewer to the north from
the southern boundary of the St. Elizabeth
Ann Seton Catholic Church site as well as a lift
station to General Sieben Drive. This will open
up a larger portion of the southern half of the
growth area
NEXT PHASE
• Sanitary sewer lift station and force main on
the north side of Hwy. 55 will be needed to
pump back to the previous phase
• Additional Water Tower needed with
development in this area
