This project will also allow the building owners to offer organized, off-street parking to their tenants which we believe will attract quality renters and also free up street parking around the buildings. This, in turn, is a benefit to downtown overall. Overlay, repair and remove flower beds from parking lot (we are not planning to do the full tear out as noted on the bid). In addition there is a pothole in the lot that needs to be repaired to prepare for the overlay and we were quoted $1500 additional for that work (this is not included in the bid). /s/ Stacy K.
